Privacy policy

Alexan Production collects personal data only where it is needed to reply to you and deliver our work. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you submit a contact or quote request we store your name, email, phone number, company, any budget range you select, and the message you write. We use these to reply and prepare a proposal.

When you write a review we store the name you enter, your role or company, the rating, and the review text. An email address, if given, is never shown publicly and is used only to verify the review and reply to you.

Technical data. We store a one-way transformation of your IP address to rate-limit form submissions and block spam. We do not keep the address itself.

What we do not do

We do not sell or trade your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Processors we use

The site and database run on Railway, images are stored on Cloudflare R2, and notification email is sent through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf only.

Where Google Analytics is enabled, it collects anonymous traffic statistics with IP anonymisation turned on.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for no longer than two years after our last contact, unless accounting or legal obligations require otherwise.
